SEC.01 // ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Clocked ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Clocked is operated by an individual creator at clocked.live.

SEC.02 // THE SERVICE

Clocked provides AI-powered facial analysis that generates a personality archetype, observational readings, and related content based on a photo you submit ("your report"). The Service is provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only.

Clocked is not a medical service. Nothing in your report constitutes medical, psychological, dermatological, or any other professional advice. Do not rely on your report for health or clinical decisions.

AI-generated analysis is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent across sessions. Results are not guaranteed to be correct or representative of any objective condition.

SEC.03 // ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed at children under 13.

You represent that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

SEC.04 // PAYMENTS

Certain features of the Service require a one-time payment of $4.99 USD to unlock a full report. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.

Paddle is responsible for collecting payment, issuing receipts, calculating and remitting applicable taxes, and processing refund requests. Clocked never receives or stores your payment card details.

Prices are listed in USD. Paddle converts and charges in your local currency where applicable. All applicable taxes are calculated and included by Paddle at checkout.

SEC.05 // YOUR CONTENT & FACE DATA

You retain all rights to the photos you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant Clocked a limited, temporary licence to process the image using AI services solely for the purpose of generating your report.

Your photo is stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket and is only accessible via a time-limited signed URL. We do not sell, share, or use your photo or likeness for advertising, model training, or any purpose beyond delivering your report.

Reports are retained for up to 90 days and are then deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing hello@clocked.live with your report reference number.

SEC.06 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Clocked name, design system, analysis methodology, and generated report format are proprietary to Clocked. The AI-generated text in your report is provided to you for personal use. You may share your report card on social media for non-commercial purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or use the Service's output for commercial purposes without written permission.

SEC.07 // DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLOCKED MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

SEC.08 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLOCKED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SEC.09 // CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

SEC.10 // GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction, including EU/UK consumer rights law.
